The mission of our Service Department is to deliver the best solutions in addition to our standard after-sales service. We have a host of experienced and certified engineers well trained by our in-house training department and also trained by our overseas manufacturer.
 

Service Maintenance

Service Department of Myanmar Kaido Co., Ltd provides the following 1 ~ 3-year Warranty based on the machine models and also free Preventive Maintenance Service:-

For Mini Excavators (3~5-ton Class)

  1. year or 2,500 working hours whichever comes first
    With 7-time maintenance Service
    For Mark-8 Excavators (7~48-ton Class)
  2. years or 4,000 working hours whichever comes first
    With 10-time maintenance Service
    G-10 Excavators (20~50-ton Class)
  3. years or 6,000 working hours whichever comes first
    With 14-time maintenance Service

All KOBELCO machines come with the KOBELCO Monitoring Excavation System (KOMEXS), a web-based program that enables owners to monitor their KOBELCO machines remotely and efficiently. KOMEXS monitors fuel consumption, fuel levels, hours of work, machine load, digging hours, idle, time, break times, scheduled maintenance, etc. This enables you to monitor and manage your fleet through your computer or Smartphone.

On the strength of the latest technical information and advanced diagnostic tools, Myanmar Kaido Service Team has been providing after-sales support anywhere in Myanmar for all machinery and equipment distributed by Myanmar Kaido Co., Ltd.

To fulfill customer's service needs, we have formed service teams with well-trained service engineers and stationed at our 22 branches all over Myanmar. Any type of service for your machinery is available at 3 main workshops. You can call any time our service teams located nearest to your job sites.

Basically, Myanmar Kaido Service Department provides our customers:-

Within the warranty period, 7-time; 10-time; 14-time free periodic maintenance service
After the warranty period, we provide the following:-

Offering Maintenance Contracts with reasonable fees
Providing periodical machine overall inspection and parts recommendation
Overhauling of major and minor components such as engines, hydraulic main pumps, undercarriage, etc.
Responding promptly to customer's service calls & rendering field-service troubleshooting and repairs with qualified service engineers and technicians.

Corporate Training

We realize that the quality of our service depends on the capabilities of our service engineers. We understand the importance of their role as a member of Myanmar Kaido team. We also provide correct operation and proper maintenance training for all machine users. In addition, MK- Corporate Learning Center together with Service Department renders 'Exceptional Service' to all our customers. We have enhanced our learning and development sector by imparting corporate management programs for our staff as well. These soft skill modules especially focus on the importance of customer relationship that is essential in building mutual trust between Myanmar Kaido Co., Ltd and its valued customers.

Our Myanmar Kaido Company Limited established in April 1993, was wholly-owned by a family of Myanmar nationals. Since its inception, Myanmar Kaido commenced its spare parts distribution for the heavy machinery. After a decade later, we evolved into the distribution of heavy machinery and related spare parts in keeping abreast with the development of Myanmar’s infrastructure. Our main aim is to fulfill the needs of our machine-users with world-class quality products. “Customer Satisfaction, Our First Priority” has been adopted as our company motto.
